PRACTICE AREAS
Ms. Thomas’ governmental law practice focuses primarily on economic development, public procurement and contracts, and land use matters including planning, platting, and zoning and eminent domain/condemnation. She also regularly assists clients with issues involving state election laws, open government and public information laws, and public employment law. Ms. Thomas routinely provides training sessions for her clients’ councils, boards, and employees on a variety of municipal law topics.
